30 Second Candy Throw One thing that the PCS crowd always likes is when we throw out candy. Your candy should go with a chant or slogan. We usually try to do this during a 30 second timeout in the first half of the Varsity game. We have everybody grab a handful of candy. (Usually we have it in a bag that is off to the side where we can pick it up real quick.) We start the chant and we will NOT throw the candy out until the crowd chants with us. It will really get the crowd excited and raise school spirit. If you throw out the wax lips, your fans can wear them during the game. Oriental Trading company has them for about $.50 each. This candy is always really easy to get around Valentine's day. Lip shaped candy goes great with several slogans that your crowd will love. Some of the chants that would go with lip shaped candy are: "Chargers, Chargers, Eat 'em up, Eat 'em up!" "Watch out (Opponents Name), don't bite off more than you can chew" "Kiss the (Opponents Name) Goodbye!" "The Chargers bite back!" It is so much fun to see your whole crowd wearing wax lips. These wax lips also come with fangs.        If you want to give your crowd candy instead of wax lips, you should try gummy lips or lip shaped suckers. Candy lipsticks are another fun way to incorporate the lip theme. These are very cheap so you can throw out a ton to the crowd. You can even attach a note to your fans with the candy. This is what I did for one of the last home games.
